Smoker question. Any of you guys that smoke a meatloaf, ever smoke veggies at the same time? I like to cook my meatloaf and veggies together like in this pic, but I have never tried it in a smoker. Does it work? What veggies work well in a smoker?

I've not done veggies, other than corn on the cob, but I've smoked grits and cornbread (both in an iron skilled, like shown)...both them (and the corn) get good smoke flavor.

Ahh......One of my favorites to cook on the Blackstone. It looks awesome!

My wife caught me watching YouTube videos on them and didn't know we could make fried rice like they do at Sumo here in Edmond. When she found out, she was like order it yesterday!

Planning on doing that this week as a matter of fact.

My wife is already planning another Shrimp fried rice for this weekend. I'm RSO'ing a GSSF match all weekend, so it looks like it will be a long one.

OK Im coming over!!!
