I'm a fan of Cowboy Kent Rollins. One of my favorite recipes I got from his book is smoked meatloaf. It's pretty much worth killin' over. I alter the recipe just to fit my taste (spicier). Cooked that up this afternoon with a nice salad and 1/2 a baked potato.

I've done plenty of 'creative' cooking & seldom (if ever follow recipes)-
but here's a simple idea that works out a lot better than the instructions:
Next time you find yourself needing to bake a commercial frozen pizza-
THAW it 1st!
This is prob'ly best done by unwrapping it while still frozen, and laying it
on a rack or slotted pan so it's EZ to handle when 'soggy', as you want to
heat it on a rack anyway.
Then preheat your oven to max heat (like 450) & bake it for 10-12 mins.
or until it's bubbly & browning.
Cooking from thawed @ high heat just seems to be a big improvement
over the 'directions'......just pull it when it's done, don't burn it!
Yum.
