Fried fish and air fryer French fries tonight.

Mama polished off the leftover Asain roast duck from last night and she stir fried me some brussels sprouts with thinly sliced beef......pretty darn good supper.

I just had a grilled onion burger and onion rings at the Garage.
No pics cause I didn't make it lol but it was wonderful

I griddled up some Chicken Fried rice on the Blackstone yesterday. It turned out really good.

I’ve tried phö several times along with menudo because they both smell so amazing they gotta taste good. Nope , apparently a taste I just don’t like. You can have my share.

It's danged tasty though. The only thing I would change is that I'd add a layer of cheese to each layer of ingredients to lock them together. The way it was done, the cheese didn't have a chance to get to the precooked veggi's and sausage to bind it together. Can't have too much cheese!
It freezes nicely and comes back to life in an air fryer.

Left overs in the air fryer tonight. Tasted just as good as fresh cooked. Amazing how well those things work for leftovers. We rarely use our MW anymore to warm up anything.

Earlier tonight, Deer steaks, cast iron skillet fried in butter n minced garlic, fried taters n onion. I ait the steamed broccoli before the pic.
