It is breaking the law. If its private property they have the right to say "no guns" if they want.
And I dont like giving my money to people that dont allow carry even though I carry regardless.

I would have to look it up but I'm pretty sure if I tell someone they cant come in my house with a gun and they do it becomes trespassing with a firearm.
They "clarified" the laws on that a couple years ago. It isn't illegal to carry past a gunbuster sign. However, they still own the property and can ask you to leave. If you refuse, it's trespassing.
E. The carrying of a concealed or unconcealed firearm by a person who has been issued a handgun license on property that has signs prohibiting the carrying of firearms shall not be deemed a criminal act but may subject the person to being denied entrance onto the property or removed from the property. If the person refuses to leave the property and a peace officer is summoned, the person may be issued a citation for an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

That's correct... if they ask you to leave and you do not, it is a trespassing violation.
True, but just to clarify, it has nothing to do with your gun. It is not a firearm violation. It's the same as if you were in someone's yard and refused to leave when asked.

The Warren in Moore just has the "No Open Carry" signs. You can feel free to conceal and continue on. Been there a couple times without an issue.
Just sucks finally going to a movie theater where they serve actual drinks and not being able to partake. 
Not unless they've recently changed it in Moore. It was no open carry.
