Food plots went in last weekend and are rowed up nicely. I got feeders moved back into plots today and some corn in them to get them throwing. Need the corn a couple of miles down the road to hurry up and finish drying so it can get picked. The farmer is selling to us for a fair deal....otherwise it's a long drive to find bulk. The cameras I have on trails have got some nice pics. Mostly nursing does. Lots of skinny slickheads.
Has anybody checked the persimmon seeds yet to see what kind of winter and precip we're gonna get?

Oh I understand cereal grains like wheat and oats have a planting window of a couple months. However, when using them for food plots it is best to have them pulling in deer by October 1.
No persimmons available to me.
Me neither so I just use the same seeds each year.
Do they have a spork?
