Made a few bacon wrapped filet mignon and loaded baked potatoes the other day...Mmmm

Time to smoke another pork butt and some ribs...My pulled pork would turn a rabbit into a carnivore.

I'm at work until 1600. I'm hungry and I hate all of you!! LOL

I bought $200 of ribeye steaks at a Venture Foods store in Tonkawa Ok.
$3.99 a pound, whole in the bag.
I had them sliced into 1 1/4" thick steaks. The dry aging process started yesterday..... Are ya hungry now??? LOL! :D

I would post pics from tapatalk, but it still won't let me.
Yes, I have emailed OSA admin twice.

Are you dry aging them, or is Venture?

If you're dry aging cut steaks you're not going to have anything left to eat after trimming...me hopes you meant the whole section.

I have never smoker the sausage before. She forgot to get it out, then decided not to smoke it this time.

There is a burn ban, but as long as you are cooking over something that is not flammable and at least 5 feet from grass you are okay.

Ended up with 9 racks, about 2 dozen chicken legs, and just threw on some hotlinks for lunch.

Thanks R1, ended up making some really good burgers and brats. The combination of good food and a little woodford reserve compeled my grampa to tell me last evening that I would be getting the shotgun that his grandfather had given to his father and then to him. I can't wait to lay my eyes on the Remington that my great-great grandfather bought in the early 1900s.
