With my bride of 44+ years being Asian we normally rotate back and forth each Thanksgiving between traditional turkey with all the trimmings and Vietnamese cha gio which is very time consuming to make and is basically seasoned and chopped pork, shrimp and crab rolled in a dampened rice paper wrap and fried (not to be confused with egg rolls) normally eaten with fresh green veggies on the side and dipped in fish sauce and this year it's cha gio.

Anyway back to turkey, she went to Crest shopping yesterday to pick up a few things and came home with a two pack of the biggest turkey legs I think I've ever laid eyes on for us to bake and have down the road.......at 4.40 pounds for the pair I swear they look like they must have come off of a 40+ pound bird. :)

Cha Gio.
