Smokey and the Bandit is a classic and started my love affair with 2nd gen Trans Ams.

But my favorite car movie probably is Gone in 60 Seconds with Cage.

Oh, and I am hey major car guy, but Two Lane Blacktop is probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Really don't get why anyone I think it's a classic : no plot, poor quality filming, poor acting , and not much focus on the cars themselves anyway. I would rather watch Tokyo Drift, or maybe just gouge out my eyeballs.
