Homeland used to do that in Norman. Maybe still do, IDK, it's been awhile. My dad watched them and gave me a heads up. I went down and cleaned them out a few times!

Every time I see someone fawning over a tomahawk steak, I wonder what the draw is considering you are paying about 1/4 of that price for inedible bone. I just don't get the attraction. Besides that, you forgot to finish cooking it.

The bone gives a lot of flavor to the meat. Besides, me and Dale have good teeth and we like to gnaw it like barbarians.

LOL that steak was cooked perfect at 136 resting internal temp.
