10 days on the market. We had an offer come in yesterday. They accepted our counter offer today all in one afternoon. Our house is now under contract.

Closing date is coming up fast. Mother and I are soooooo tired. We're going out there tonight to watch the sunset with our kids for Father's Day.

Realtors seem to prefer the home to be "staged". Not too much clutter but with the right amount of furnishings.

. I'd rather have the house empty so I could see if there were any holes in the walls or water stains that I'd have to repair.

Time flies, neighbors closing is Aug 3rd, Angela says some Texas folks bought it and have kids that will live in the barn apt until they're hose is built in meeker.. Good luck Rocky and momma..

MIL estate auction starts Thursday in Broken Arrow. House goes on MLS the following Monday.
We hear the market is cooling off some so our journey is just beginning.
We are only handling this for MIL in assisted living. No monetary benefit to us but the wife is stressing out wanting to get it right for mom.
Mom is stressed out seeing a lifetime of memories going away as she has no room to keep them any more. Lost her husband, house and memories within one year.
