Power was off for about 90mins here in BA. Started right around 7a.
I just called our electric Coop office, and the girl said they are hoping they don't have to do any rolling blackouts, but if they do, there will be very little notice.
And they'll post any notice on their Facebook page... :/
FWIW, Mesonet shows that Marshall County got down to -11 last night.

The SPP has issued a Level 3 Energy Emergency Alert this morning that does involve rolling blackouts. We are doing our best to keep our residential accounts off of the list of rolling blackouts.
Please prepare for the possibility of rolling blackouts in our area.

How exactly does one "prepare for the possibility of rolling blackouts" in this kind of weather, when you're already using everything you have to stay warm & thawed?
