BTW here is a link to a 9-minute cartoon that tries to explain the Affordable Health Care Act. It (the cartoon) is far from perfect but it is the best overall look at the AHCA that I have seen in an easily understandable format. It also fails to really probe the implications of mandated cost caps and controlled payments to doctors/hospitals (probably shortages) but it isnt a bad start:
