According to the news documents, it was adolescent boys porno. They had no legal way of proving ages, maybe couldnt identify in order to prove age. Regardless, I wouldnt be surprised if the pics he was caught with on his computer weren’t the only boy porn this creep has ever viewed in his life.
I mean, if the prosecutor viewed the porn & decided to charge this guy with child porn, im betting he knew child porn when he saw it. Why would he charge if the porn was obviously adults? Couldn’t legally prove the ages for some reason, looks like the creep got off because of that. However, I don’t think anyone who has knowledge of the pics believes this creep isn’t into child porn.

Went to trial and.....what happened? So everyone who's gone to trial for any crime, even if they were proven innocent, is guilty? A woman accuses you of rape, presents enough "evidence" to get it to trial, then drops charges or you're found innocent. But you're now a rapist based on the "trial". Makes sense to me.

Charges were dismissed and expunged but I guess that doesn't matter to anyone here. He dresses like a lady when not at work and you guys lose your mind. Has there been any evidence he's talked to a student about being gender-fluid, trans, gay, bi, etc? Crucify him without evidence sounds about right.

He wasn’t “found innocent “. The case was later reversed on appeal & then was expunged. Maybe after it was reversed, he pled to a lower charge in exchange for the case being expunged if he stays out of trouble for a predetermined time. This guy got caught with child porn & wasn’t found innocent.

You know up to this point I have believed you, unlike many leftist, were a good person who just had some bad ideas. Being in Oklahoma I understood that many of your beliefs are merely theoretical as you do not have to live with the crime and degeneracy of an actual leftist controlled region. But now I see you following the party line to the point that you are advocating that sexual perverts should be given positions of power over our children, that is nothing short of evil. Watching children be abused is as bad as doing it, at this point you are applauding it for little more than your own self satisfaction to pat yourself on the back for your tolerance and understanding.

In this case there are no intellectual arguments, no gotcha moments or legal ramblings. If we lived in a just world the solution to this mans behavior would be quick and final, both for him and those who advocate for his lifestyle.

You can try and sweet talk me but it doesn’t make a difference to me. I just asked for proof he was a pedophile and nobody has been able to provide that. How that makes me “pat myself on the back for my tolerance and understanding” I don’t know. Why you felt the need to ramble about party line ideology is beyond my understanding and probably yours as well since you can’t just PROVIDE SOME ****ING PROOF he is a pedophile.
