This sounds plausible. It would be a way to explains the meeting and the guns being at the scene to police. Most of the gun adds I've seen on craigslist, even the coded ones, are flagged in short order. The commies on craigslist are pretty diligent about that. Yet another reason to avoid craigslist.

Even more of a reason to avoid the cesspool known as Craigslist. I've used it once to sell wheels, but never again will I use that site.

Sometimes craigslist can be good. But you tend to get alot of fickle, flaky people on there.
