Hard to believe in small town rural Oklahoma that these signs are going up. You'd think with the small town farming heritage that guns wouldn't be seen as negative. Doesn't make sense to me. Sentinel has two businesses with new signs as of Nov. 1. I talked to one for a second, was in a hurry so didnt' get into much of a discussion, but she basically said seeing them makes her and old patrons nervous. I expect it's the same for the small grocery store since it's mostly visited by the older crowd in town. I guess they just don't understand that we've been carrying in there many years now. I did print off the letter Okiebryan has been kind to share with us and drop it off there. I plan on stopping back by in a week or so after they have had a chance to read, and hopefully think about it.
