I think I'll do a risk assessment, and a cost/benefit analysis about getting out and about on NYE. On second thought, that is too much trouble.

will be working the night shift operating the gas plant. The GF said she might make dinner and bring it out to me. Beats the microwave stuff i generally eat.

We will be in Allen Tx running a 5k and a 1/2 marathon that follows shortly after on 12/31. Then repeat on 1/1.
I played music entertaining party people on practically every NYs Eve for more than 20 years, and then the last 2 years Ive been able to enjoy watching other people entertain on NYE as a club/music venue operator. This year after attending a small early gathering we're going to be at home to watch the ball drop with the kids. I wont miss not being in the club either. Time to get out of the way and let the kids have it.

Yes a Convenience store. Watch people who can barely stand up . See if any get shiny bracelets and a trip to the grey bar.
