So I put my application in late February, but I heard from a member that they approved something like 200 new members in mid February. Does anybody have any idea when new members will come up for consideration again?

They usually accept new members twice a year depending on number of openings. If the next orientation meeting has need for 100 members and your are
in that 100 then you will be called. If your #101 then you wait till the next time.

We were told at orientation that they did 4 orientations last year. Not sure if that will hold true for this year.
We were also told that they may consider a membership cap so get in while you can!
