The way i read it was that it is unlawful to carry in such a manner as a person could grab your gun, unless you are a licensed to carry. I am not saying what he did was smart, but I don't think he actually broke the law, considering that he has a CCW and was following the rules. That law is extremely vague, it could be applied to any public place. How many times are you in close proximity of another person at a grocery store, restaurant or other public place where a person could conceivably make a grab for your pistola?

The way the article was worded which may have been misleading, I got the impression that his CC permit was only valid in the county that it was issued.
