I refuse to spend money there anymore for the same reasons. They act like they're the only game in town. Even if they were there's no excuse to treat folks the way they do.

Fred will always have my some of my business.
He's been good to me for a long time. He's got a loyal clientele. It may be smaller today than it was 10 years ago but he'll always have it.
Business changes over the years and so does the clientele.

Just goes to show you price drives business.

Could you explain to me why Gun World has been able to stay in business for as many years as it has?

I sent an email checking on some prices and received prompt reply. Very happy with the service. Drove 2.5 hours to do business with them. Great service and great price. Gotta love the store warranty. Don't have to mess with dealing with Taurus if something goes wrong.

Yeah their customer service sucks bigtime. The only person that would ever act like an actual salesman and aknowledge your presence now works at H&H.

They moved. Used to be on S. Eastern just North of SE 59th. Don't remember the name they used back then.
