Ron Paul is the only person running including Obama that if elected isn't a 100% guarantee war with Iran ! Not that RP wouldn't go to war with Iran but it would take a act of congress for him to do it! Just like the constitution says it should be! The others are all owned by the "war machine" which is basically the defense contractors who are making trillions off these wars. People think we went to war with Iraq over oil but that is just wrong! We have the oil right here and they know it! We don't have to go to war for oil! The major defense contractors own Washington D.C. ! Ron Paul is also the only one who wouldn't raise our national debt! Which btw is the #1 threat to this nation! Ron Paul is right on so many issues he has my vote! To bad he won't win Oh great our douche bag president is lying to us on tv now. Have to cut this short so I can go puke

Dr. Paul made a good point in last night's debate on the topic of Cuba, when he pointed out that the true isolationists are the ones who think we need to embargo and restrict trade with countries when our government disagrees with theirs.

Respecting your citizens' right to contract, and allowing them to trade freely with other people around the world, is probably the most effective way of preventing war. When people are profiting from their dealings with each other, they don't tend to be so aggressive.

The one and only threat to our freedom comes from our own bloated government, which loves to keep us distracted and fearful with all these foreign hobgoblins, while they slowly strip away our liberties and destroy our economy. Make no mistake... when the U.S. falls, it will be from within, as all great empires have fallen. Our only chance to keep from repeating the historical pattern is to quit acting like an empire, and start acting like a Constitutional Republic.
