Well when you look at the cost of paying Americans versus employees in other nations you can see why these decisions are made. While unions have done some good they have made the cost of paying American workers in many industries cost prohibitive. When you can make $40 or more an hour standing watching a machine make a tire you’ve pretty much priced yourself out of work.

Bwaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaa

You haven't ever seen a tire being made

Yes but.....unions!

We are NOT Union.

We do NOT make $40/hr

Company has 7 factories in US.
We are the ONLY non-union.
We are highest paid

yet, we are shorthanded, hiring 30+ / month and 90% don't stay 6 months, because the WORK is HARD.


Unions have created overpaid POSTAL STAND AROUNDS, to the point mail service is pathetic and the Post Office is failing.
