we were going to do that for sis-in-law but they had so much BS we shitcanned the idea. Read the rules before starting. If your penniless it might be OK.

you cannot own anything!! a friend who's son had a permanent wreck injury said thay had to sell everything he owned and drain his savings etc.

I was told they have changed the laws on this. Used to you couldnt show any income (W-4) for 2 full years. No more according to what I was told. And what difference does it make what I own? That make 0 sense to me.
