The more I look at the picture of your pickup the more I'm getting po'd too.
How tall can the grass be to call code enforcement about it?
Grass and Weeds higher than a foot tall violates City code and state law..... is exact wording on my utility bill. OKC
If you have not called the owner of the house yet and said anything.
I would call and ask for the lawn guys number and say you have some grass that needs mowed.
If that does nothing then post the yellow truck picture and put it on facebook and craigslist and say he had picked up (stole) one of your
puppies and sped off with it.
That should get all animal lovers on the search and there are more of them than officers.
He could be here legally or not.

Roundup is for amatuers. Get some RM43 from Tractor Supply really do the job. I spray the grass that grows up through my gravel driveway with it. I only have to spray once a growing season.

some people have no respect for the things that other people work hard to acquire.....what goes around comes around sooner or later....I'm PO'd with the person that did this and hope his mower breaks down and puts him out of business.
