The parts I disagree with most are the "Infant Mortality Rate" because as buckeye pointed out it is counted differently in almost every country. WE could improve ours overnight by just counting like the other countries.

"Life Expectancy" ours would be one of the highest except for the fact that we tend to kill ourselves off quicker through fatal injuries then most other countries. According to several studies if not for our higher number of motor vehicle accidents, falls, accidental poisonings, homicides, et cetera, we would have the highest life expectancy.

"The War On Poverty" comment. That war never ended, is still costing hundreds of billions every year. The only reason you never hear about it is because like everything else the government does it has been a complete failure.

That's the whole point. Did you miss the whole beginning when he pokes a finger at both the left and the right overtly?

Maybe that's because the whole idea of "sides" is part of the root cause of the problem. That there is not one end of the political spectrum that holds the moral and ethical high ground, but they're both responsible for both the problems and successes.

Taking a "stance" would be anathema to the entire message.

to be the greatest country in the world you have to provide each individual with ture freedom. Not sure his message was all about that.....he did have passsion and we all like that.
