I'm not quite sure what that gentleman was saying before he defended himself against the obviously agressive blue car but it appears he might have had his shirt stolen or his teeth damaged and he believed that they also sexually assulted his "mother?"

It all depends on if you were reasonably in fear for your life or those in your vehicle.
I think a DA or jury could find evidence to support your defensive actions in this case especially once the passenger side window was knocked out and he had clear access to beat his tire iron upon flesh or bone directly.
Possible I suppose... and I do hope that is the case.
However as I'm sure Mr. Brown will attest to, there ARE individuals like this out there who are not afraid in the least to bring harm to people in this fashion. Some of them live right here in good 'ol Tulsa, OK too.
With that being on video, there is not a DA out there who could justify pressing charges against some for defending themselves against that "person"
