The only one I was familiar with was Box Elder trees. I used to know a bunch of tree typesGreen ash. One of only a few trees that the leaves grow straight across from each other on the stem. Make excellent shade trees

The cedar waxwings also like the new growth in spring about the time the growth looks like parsley. They would make a mess on my deck. I would literally have to hose the droppings off my deck every morning. Luckily, it only last a couple weeks and the waxwings are cool birds to watch.
Looks like a big tan cardinal. Don't think I've ever seen one.
