What’s your favorite hot sauce?

I'm eating chili with a couple of drops of Dave's insanity now, everyday favorites are Louisiana or Tabasco.

Must be a ratio thing. Pretty much the same ingredients in all three.

All made by different companies. By the way, Texas Pete is made in Winston Salem NC, and there is a lawsuit currently regarding false advertising having Texas in its name and being made in NC. I’ve grown fond of the Jalapeño hot sauces too.


Used to do the Habanero for a while but my rearend can’t take it anymore.

I make my own ghost pepper sauce and it goes on about everything i eat but ice-cream.
I fill my blinder full of ghost peppers when i make a batch.

Texas Pete extra hot is really good. Still vinegar flavor but not quite as strong as Tabasco. Almost a little buttery.

When you eat army food for a few years it gives you the opportunity to really dial in the hot sauce because there isn’t any other flavor to get in the way.
