Your biggest improvement will be running non-ethanol, in my F150 I see a consistent 2-3 MPG difference.

Exactly. Every station from Shell, Pilot, whatever gets their gas from the Ponca Refinery in the northern part of the state, and southern Ks. At the blending station, the additives specified by the different companies are added before the fuel is pumped into tankers.

I don't know what caused the 93 pumps to disappear, but the fact that it seemed to have happened everywhere all at once causes me to strongly suspect the government's filthy hands were involved.
