Could this be one of those tax write off schemes, that never occurred to me, not being a business owner? (Failing business owner).

Did say they had a factory defect. I think I'd just sell them as parts guns, myself, rather than dispose of them. Wholesaler, might be a bit more difficult, I guess.This doesn’t smell right. Parts have value, even the scrap metal has value. I can’t fathom that a new firearm being so damaged that it’s not worth or capable of fixing and still be considered a firearm at the same time…
