I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you take all kinds of preventative measures to avoid catching it ...

and progresses to having to die to get better ... 
If there is a bright side to this story it's over in 24 to 72 hours (GC was good to go to work the next day ... Not me ... I was still spending all my time in the bathroom floor trying to puke my spleen up for another 2 days ...) and you are "cleaned out" in ways you cannot imagine ... Talk about the detox from hell ...
Seriously though, wash your hands ... and keep your fingers out of your mouth ... and don't breath the same air other folks are breathing ... It's THAT bad ... blah ...

No doubt due to the fact that either GC or I have had our heads buried in it for the last 4 days ...
