Hmm...Pizza Shuttle makes a pretty good roast beef sub, but my favorite comes from Penny Hill in Norman. I've only gotten food from their original location on Hal Muldrow, not the one on Lindsey, so I can't vouch for the latter.

I'll second jays at 91st and Sheridan, Imo best cold sandwich in town. Hot sandwich is lone wolf food truck for a pork and kimchi sandwich. They are usually at sound pony at night.

My favorite for years has always been a Bill&Ruths hot beef and cheese sub. Schlotskys is a fave, used to hang out at the original in Austin in the 80s. Subway sometimes. Mazzios hot subs are great. Jimmy Johns and Firehouse are close to me now in BA and both are good but Jersey Mikes cold roast beef sub is about the best cold sub around.
