It's not so much that Pits bite more than other breeds.
The problem is that Pits are so much more powerful than other breeds, the Pit does more damage. Much, much more damage.

Remember, I used to own Pits, and I am well aware of the finer points of the breed.
I'll agree with this. ANY pet that I have will be small enough that it cant kill me if it decides too. lol

It depends..... a "pit" vs a cocker spaniel? sure...…. "pit" vs German Shepard/Rot/Mastiff …. not so much.

Yep, they turn on their owners often as well

There's an element of owner responsibility that comes into play. Some people believe they know how to train/own/raise certain types of dogs but they in fact do not. This may not apply to every case as there are a TON of variables in every attack but it still holds true.
