If you have ailments that you want to make feel better, high concentrates of CBD products are what you want. And its not only sold in oils, you can buy flowers (buds) that have the same look and taste as marijuana- but wont get you all F'd up. You don't need to use products that only come from marijuanas version of cannabis, which is super high in THC as well as high in CBDs. You want to use products high in CBD but low in THC (3% and lower) that also come from cannibis, but from marijuanas cousin- hemp. Dispensarys sell both. And the governments new Farm Bill just made hemp legal. And you can get it without a med card. Technically if its under 3% THC its not going to set off alarms at testing either. I had my med card in CA and this is what I bought there, I buy it now in Massachusets where I moved last year- which also has gone legal recreational, and in OK where Im currently at thru the winter. The hemp buds have super high levels of CBDs as well as all the terpenes and trichromes (the smells and sticky looking crystals on the buds) marijuana buds have but without the THC. Youir body feels it but your head doesn't. I take it to help pain in knees and hands as well as for anxiety and helps my insomnia. Do your research if youre interested. I know the chance of having a positive test from CBD is slim, but in my job if I get hurt, get in an accident in my company vehicle, or get blamed for something, I get tested (been tested 3 times 13 years for injuries). With less than two years to full pension I'm not taking any chances, regardless of how slim, that I can be fired for a positive drug test. I even avoid poppy seeds.
Thats going the way of the do-do bird this year too.

Trust me, I get the apprehension, I had it too. Ive been tested several times while using it and not one positive test. I don't work for the industry so not trying to sell this on anybody just putting the word out, this stuff gave me my life back and got me off of pharmacueticals.
Ambury Health sells quality CBD that they manufacture here and its been tested by the DEA and there is 0 THC in it.
Well if it passes - which I do believe it will - it'll probably be next Nov before it goes into effect.
At any rate, you cant carry a firearm legal and carry marijuana at the same time- even with a med card. They have to be kept separate. Cant honestly answer a 4473 either. Smoke weed or carry/buy firearms legal, for now, but not both at the same time.
but the question i think is can you own firearms and have a license? Not necessarily have them on you at the same time. right?
