Do those of you that get delayed provide your SSN on the form? Just curious if it's an identity thing or so.ething else.

I got delayed last Tuesday and they called me Thursday to come pick it up, bolt action 30'06. I've been delayed more than once over the years, it's just part of it. It would really suck if you bought one from an out of state dealer at a gunshow and get delayed for a few days. I bought one from Gene Sears several years ago and got delayed, had to drive back to El Reno to get it. It's pretty inconvenient.

They dont really look into denials....which is kinda crazy to me.

If it was about public safety, they'd investigate more denials. Sounds like they're just trying to make it more difficult or deter people for no good reason.

I have a feeling under the new administration they will have a larger budget to pursue such things, but that’s just a guess.

Yes SSN was on ap but has always has been. Have CCW also.

I don't recall ever being delayed but I don't buy thirty guns a year like some of you guys do.
