10/22 v-block

Question for those have built their own 10/22 and built both with and without:

Did you see a positive effect using one of the v-blocks that "pre-load" the barrel upward i.e. the one from Tactical Solutions?

If it helps, seems to be a pretty cheap accurizing mod.
