whats wrong with a gun forum? dont belong to computer forums, so spending time to find a good one, find honest people, then have them listen to me isnt in my day planner. lol... they all go hand in hand, guns, cameras, and computers.... as far as i am concerned, and cars, and motorcycles, and women.... anywho.....thanks for your input though

I work on ours all the time and would suggest to start cleaning out the temp files, etc, then defrag it several times if needed. Only run one good anti-virus at a time. I like Avast and it works well for us.

My problem is, if I were to do the config thing, I wouldn't have a clue what to delete. I occasionally decide to do the "Add/Remove" thing. Open it up, look at the entries and then just shut it down again. I'd, for sure, screw something up. I just live with a little bit more lag than I'd like.

Even a dummy can put a Ruger Mark back together. A dummy can't fix computers.
