Covered in another thread, but I think the tribal casinos are not under the jurisdiction of state laws, so the SDA would not take precedence regardless.

If it is concealed how will they know? Everyone obviously has to make their own decisions, but concealed means just that, you should be the only one that knows you have it. If you abide by all of the gun buster stickers you mights as well just leave your weapon at home....

I don't gamble but I build casinos so I'm in them frequently. The majority of them are posted with no guns signs. You're on soverign land when you're there so the rules are different than your local grocery store.
Do as you see fit. But guns on tribal lands (including parking lots) is not a "gun buster sticker" issue. It can get you in some serious ****.
A gunbuster sticker is a business expressing their business decision to prohibit guns, Indian land is a government making laws for their territory. Depending on your status and what and where you are, it could be an offense that will land you in federal court.

Right or wrong this is the position that I have taken concerning Indian land. No carry inside casinos, parking lots and Indian land ok. I would like some clarification on this. Last week I saw a "no weapons allowed on *** property" sign at the parking lot entrance to an Indian casino. More explanation would be apprciated.
Title18 USC Section 1151 defines Indian land as reservations, dependent Indian communities, and all land allotments (trust land) including rights-of-way.

If a non-Indian commits a crime against a non-Indian the state courts have jurisdiction. If a non-Indian commits a crime against an Indian, federal court has jurisdiction.
The tribes are serious about their no gun laws and violators can expect to face federal prosecution using state laws. It would be messy and difficult to defend.
