Tonight's dinner, Egg roll in a bowl, or some people call it Crack Slaw. Whatever you call it, it is good.

We did find out the hard way, eat two bowls if constipated. :P :P

Nope, a member of the FB cast iron cooking group I am a member of turned me on to it. An extremely simple, easy to make meal that the wife and I both love. Pretty sure even you could make it. :P

If no carbing, eat by itself, low carb over pearl barley cooked in chicken broth with ginger, sesame seed oil and soy sauce, don't care about carbs then rice cooked the same way.

    Dark at 6PM, 40 degrees.....yep. Go time.

    Got the coals going.....

It’s a Weber. All my grills are Weber.
This one has the gourmet bbq system (GBS) grate in it. It comes with an insert so you use the full grate. There are other GBS products that fit in the cutout. I’ve got the cast iron skillet...

There’s also a searing grate, pizza stone, wok, and a couple of others.

And yes, that’s a vortex device in the middle. I get crazy hot temps inside the grill with that little gem.
