Interesting terms of membership, but legally no weight if not posted. When I was there a yesterday I looked fairly carefully. I didn't see anything posted.

If you really want a reason to avoid costco this is probably more relevant, though if I'm honest I think the police went ballistic in response, and yet another "we investigated ourselves thoroughly and found we did nothing wrong."

Costco may have set things in motion (though it seems the loss prevention officer was acting beyond his authority, as the manager appeared to have cleared things up), but the real problem there was dishonest, trigger-happy cops.

I read the article and am wondering what the other side of the story is. I'd never make an opinion based solely on a biased article such as this.

Seems there was a different side, not justifying anything though.

One thing to consider, if I'm "caught" carrying concealed and they don't allow it..... legal or not... it is their right to ask me to leave..... and I should.... quietly. IMO.

To clarify, I'm open minded, no conclusion in my part. However the this very well can happen to me or anybody, it only take some anti-gun nuts to make something up and put you in a critical spot. Now that you mention I going to do a little more research about this particular incident.

I retract my prior statement, and I'd really like to know why the original article affirmatively stated that the medics only found one gun.
