My nose has been broken 8 times in 51 years and I also smoked for 20+ years. After I quit smoking and started using breath right strips, my snoring stopped completely.
CPAP every night.
My ribs stay bruised from the beating my wife gives me trying to get me off my back....I'll wake my daughter up across the house sometimes i'm so loud.
I usually snore to the point of waking myself up, although it is getting better the more weight I lose.
I have been on a bi-pap for about a year now. It does make a big difference

Im pretty sure my apnea is directly related to my weight. Im not insano hugantico, but I could really stand to lose about 50 lbs.
