I wave at everyone on a bike. I do an upside down peace wave. Oh and I am on a 2010 Screaming Eagle Street Glide.

I try to (except when my hands are busy with levers) wave at all the cyclists I cross paths with. Everyone- scooter riders, sportbikers, Harley crowd, helmets/ no helmets, whatever.

I ride a big dirt bike ( XR 650L Honda ) and most riders still low wave.
