I’m not a golfer, but I’ve heard good things about Cedar Creek at Beaver’s Bend, north of Broken Bow, and Chickasaw Point at Lake Texoma.
If you don’t mind a drive.

I will chime in since I live out west. I think you would be disappointed with ft Cobb. Weatherford is nice but they can get busy. Clinton is nice as well and less busy. Elk city is a nice course as well. Sayre has a nice 9 hole course. It's been several years but I have played the course in Canadian TX as well. I you heard about golf passport? It's costs $50 but has many courses and is usually free Green fee with mandatory cart rental. I get one every year.
