I have a Glock 23, which I love, but I don't know how I could ever use it as a CCW. It just seems to big to hide very well. Maybe I am missing something here, but those oh you who do carry a 19 or 23, um, how do you do it? 
Appendix carry, works great for me.

Really easy to carry a 19/23 in a Milt Sparks Summer Special II. Its a inside waist band. I, as well as a couple of my kids, have this holster and use it often. One is 150 pounds, athletic, but slim built. The other is 225, taller and athletic. I'm 225 and trying to stay built. Holster works great for all of us for extensive, secure, comfortable all-day carry. I carry a brick, G21, both IWB and OWB. It hides rather well.
I cc a full size 1911 and i'm not a big guy. Grab a king tuck from galco and never look back.
Just like a G17, appendix carry or 3 oclock owb with a jacket...
Glock 19, Don Hume clip IWB, Don Hume JIT OWB or Bianchi 120 IWB.
Untucked shirt and good belt. I can carry OWB under a jacket.
