I've had a couple hanging around for a while now. One of them nearly knocked me over the other day when I took the feeder down to refill it. Pushy little bugger.

Anyone still seeing 'em?

They've vanished from my back yard. For 3 years running I had a bunch....after last year's drought I've only seen a couple strays.

I only have a couple right now. I believe you'll find that any in the neighborhood right now are sitting on eggs. You'll wake up one morning and they'll be all over. Don't stop putting your feeder out.

Wasps, house finches, butterflies, ants and leaks have all had a hand in stealing my sugar water in the past. Dirty brick-a-bracks.

I think the storm we had a couple or 3 weeks ago killed some of mine. I had seen at least 8 at a time and thats all I could count. Ever since the very strong wind I have just seen 3 at a time.
