Strangely, though... did the judge issue a warrant? Probably not, as I think this was a civil, not criminal case. Usually in those instances, if you fail to show, then the judge just rules against you 99% of the time. Maybe Obama's just not afraid of anything this pissant little judge in Georgia can do to him?

the judge dismissed everything as expected so the final ruling will be determined by secretary of state brian kemp, who will validate the judges ruling i'm sure. no one wants to take the heat, so no one will. same old, same old politics as usual. now....back to the super bowl, x-factor and american "idle".

Hahaha.... of course. Don't bother showing up or sending anyone to deal with it, and the judge will let it all go away.
