As far as I could find, their Web site doesn’t specify their location, but according to their CEO’s profile on LinkedIn, Loaded and Safe Concealment is HQ’d in Gilbert, AZ.
Probably physical bldg in Cali and for tax purposes the "headquarters" are in AZ, but that's only a best guess of how corporations sidestep the tax man.
