Open carry at Abuelita's in Shawnee?

Did I see one of y'all coming out of Abuelita's in Shawnee this afternoon sporting a (looked like) 1911 Commander in an open carry rig and riding a motorcycle?

My wife and I were also carrying and on motorcycles, but we were concealed today.
