And tuition keeps going p for the average person on a near annual basis. Management cannot manage mony. How much did they pay for the two recent statues Of Scoops and Boren? It's a drop in the bucket.

And I read in this morning's paper that students are going to be charged more tuition in order to give raises to the faculty at OU. It seems like every year they go up on tuition, no wonder many students are holding excessive student loans.

I'm a 70s vintage grad of HS & OSU so it was well before my time, too. However, the quote has been oft-repeated over the years for both its wit and unintended insight so I thought many might connect my use of the George Lynn Cross reference to the use of sarcasm I was initially responding to in the thread.
