I have crimson trace boot (two finger grip) grips and I have remora pocket holster. I find with the remora I will need cut some of it away to allow a good grip when drawing.

What are you using that allows a good grip for draw, one you do not have to adjust your grip after the draw?

Or maybe my hands are just to big and I need a different grip or pocket gun?

I have a Milt Sparks PCH. For me jeans and j-frame pocket carry don't work that well, but cargo style pants with larger pockets are a little more forgiving.

I have a Smith 637 that I carry IWB in a nylon clip holster. (Not sure of the brand) I couldn't get a good grip with the original boot grips so I switched to Pachmayr Compac Pro grips which are only slightly bulkier than the boot grips. That fixed the problem, now I get a good grip almost every time.
