Pre-ban Ivory

You will have to provided a written recorded record of sale prior to the ban. That's what I see.

The dealer you got them from and sold as “pre ban” will have to supply. For example, Boone still buys raw pre ban ivory. However I can not buy ivory from them as it’s in Washington state.

No the seller would have record that sold as them as pre ban. My receipts also state pre ban and whom they came from. I can sell grips in OK without issue but have to sale with gun out of state. To make it all easy, I sale ivory with gun and a receipt from original purchase. New buyer has lineage back to raw ivory purchase

If you are looking at a piece of pre-ban elephant ivory side by side with a piece of post-ban elephant ivory how do you tell the difference between the two?
